Retail sales and security (DOCX 820KB) will assist you to review and revise the content of the mandatory focus area: Sales and Security. Each focus area prescribes the scope of learning for the HSC and is drawn from associated units of competency. You will have studied all three of these competencies, which together address the scope of learning for ‘Sales and Security’: SIRXRSK001 Identify and respond to security risks, SIRXSLS001 Sell to the retail customer and SIRXSLS002 Follow point-of-sale procedures.
