Retail working in the industry (DOCX 525KB) will assist you to review and revise the content of the mandatory focus area: Working in the industry. Each focus area prescribes the scope of learning for the HSC and is drawn from associated units of competency. You will have studied both these competencies, which together address the scope of learning: SIRXIND001 Work effectively in a service environment and SIRXCOM002 Work effectively in a team.
