Each focus area prescribes the scope of learning for the HSC and is drawn from associated units of competency. You will have studied the competencies SITHFAB004 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, SITHFAB005 Perpare and serve espresso coffee, SITHFAB007 Serve food and beverage, SITXCCS003 Interact with customers.
