Materials for stream focus area Food and Beverage and the associated units of competency

Food and beverage (DOCX 543KB) will assist you to review and revise the content of the stream focus area 'Food and Beverage'. Each focus area prescribes the scope of learning for the HSC and is drawn from associated units of competency. You will have studied the competencies SITHFAB004 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, SITHFAB005 Perpare and serve espresso coffee, SITHFAB007 Serve food and beverage, SITXCCS003 Interact with customers.
