Customer Service (mandatory) – Business Services

Materials for Customer Service focus area and the associated unit of competency.

Customer service (DOCX 982KB) will assist you to review and revise the content of the mandatory focus area: Deliver a service to customers. Each focus area prescribes the scope of learning for the HSC and is drawn from associated units of competency. You will have studied this competency, which addresses the scope of learning: BSBCUS201 Deliver a service to customers.
